【摘要】:ItistheintentofthistestmethodtodeterminepropertiesofSFRMthatmaybeusedtoprovideanindicationofserviceability.SatisfactoryperformanceofSFRMappliedtostructuralmembersandassembliesdependsuponitsabilitytowithstandthevariousinfluencesthatmayoccurduringconstructionandduringthelifeofthestructure,aswellasuponitsperformanceunderfireconditions.AirerosiontestsonSFRMsareconductedtoevaluatethebehavioroftheSFRMwhensubjectedtoplenumairstreamsduringnormalserviceconditions.Suchtestsevaluatetheresistancetodusting,flaking,spalling,anddelaminationoftheSFRM.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedurefordeterminingtheeffectofanairstreamuponsprayedfire-resistivematerials(SFRMs).TheseSFRMsincludesprayedfibrousandcementitiousmaterials.Thetestmethodisapplicableonlytolaboratoryprocedures.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
